- 1 / 34La final del fútbol hondureño se vistió de luto en el estadio Nacional al reportarse tres aficionados muertos cuando intentaban ingresar para ver la final entre Motagua y Honduras Progreso.
- 2 / 34Carlos Torres, Olman Cálix, José Vidal Zúniga han sido las víctimas tras una avalancha de personas en el portón 11 del estadio debido a que hubo una sobreventa de boletos.
- 3 / 34Este lamentable hecho ocrrurió minutos antes de que diera inicio el partido de la gran final entre Motagua y Honduras Progreso.
- 4 / 34Además al menos ocho personas resultaron heridas de gravedad en el portón 11 del sector de sol en el estadio Nacional.
- 5 / 34Las tres personas que perdieron la vida son del sexo masculino Carlos Torres de 58 años y Olman Cálix y José Zuniga los tres fallecieron por asfixia.
- 6 / 34De las ocho personas que fueron trasladas de emergencia al hospital una de ellas se reportó muerta. Mientras que una dama iba en estado de gravedad.
- 7 / 34La Policía Nacional tuvo que recurrir a la utilización de una tanqueta para poder dispersar a las personas que se negaban a abandonar el portón.

- 9 / 34El cuerpo bomberos de Tegucigalpa preparó los cuerpos en el estadio Nacional para luego trasladarlos a la morgue capitalina.
